Ellevation no longer supports self-importing ACCESS for ELLs scores. Districts should now use the automated import process. Contact the Ellevation Help Desk if you need assistance transitioning to automated import.
Import Standardized Test Results into Ellevation
Standardized test score data can be imported into Ellevation from official score files or from your SIS at regular intervals. The right process depends on whether you are setting up a new test type or uploading new scores for a test already configured in Ellevation.
Test Providers with Pre-Existing Automations
Ellevation has data-sharing agreements with a number of test providers that allow you to set up an automated import of their assessment scores directly from the provider. Click the name of the assessment below to review the setup process, then contact the Ellevation Help Desk for assistance as needed.
Import a New Standardized Test Type
If you are setting up a standardized test score type that has not previously been imported into Ellevation, follow these steps:

Import Student Course Grades into Ellevation
Some districts regularly import student course grades when this measure is required for reclassification decisions. To get started, see Import Course Grades into Ellevation.
Manually Add or Update Test Results
You can also manually add or update test results on the Test Scores tab of an individual student's Student Profile. To learn more, see Manually Add Student ELP Test Results.
