You can request that Curriculum Associates set up an automated export of your students' i-Ready scores, which Ellevation then imports on an automated nightly basis. This keeps your i-Ready data current in Ellevation without manual uploads.

i-Ready Test Types That Ellevation Supports for Automation
Ellevation supports automation of the following i-Ready test types:
- i-Ready ELA
- i-Ready Math
Set Up Automation of i-Ready Test Result Data Files
You can automate official i-Ready test result data files from Curriculum Associates. To set up automation, complete the preparation steps below.
- Email your Curriculum Associates Manager to initiate the data sharing process. Use the recommended language in this Request i-Ready Automation Setup email template (DOCX).
- Once Curriculum Associates notifies you that the extracts have been set up for automation, reach out to our Help Desk so that our Data Integration team can work with you to complete the automation setup. Be sure to note whether you would like to set up automation of i-Ready ELA, i-Ready Math, or both.
Once automation setup is complete, new i-Ready scores will be exported from Curriculum Associates nightly and reflected in Ellevation.

Troubleshoot i-Ready Automation Issues
If you find an issue with your i-Ready test data import after automation is set up, first reach out to your Curriculum Associates account manager to confirm there has been no interruption to the automated test data export.
