Ellevation Platform, Strategies, and Math are web-based products, so there is nothing to install locally. To make sure every user can sign in and work without interruption, confirm your district meets the technical and system requirements below and that Ellevation's domains are accessible across your network.

Minimum Client Technical Requirements
All Ellevation products require the following minimum technical specifications:
- Network: 10 Mb/s download, 5 Mb/s upload

Computer:
- 4 GB or higher RAM
- 1.5 GHz or higher processor
Operating System and Browser Requirements
All Ellevation software runs natively on the following operating systems:
- Windows 7 Professional (32-bit or 64-bit) or higher
- Mac OSX 10.7.5 or higher
All Ellevation software is fully compliant with the following browsers:
- Firefox 24 ESR or higher
- Safari 7.0.5 or higher
- Chrome 35 or higher
- Microsoft Edge version 79 or higher

Ellevation does not support Internet Explorer. Use one of the supported browsers listed above to avoid display or functionality issues.
Domain Access Allowlist
For Ellevation products to work, your network must allow access to Ellevation's related domains. This access also ensures users receive transactional emails, such as password reset requests, account invitation and activation emails, and task assignment and completion notices.
We recommend working with your IT department to allowlist Ellevation's related domain names and email domain.

Privacy and Security Controls
Ellevation provides the following controls to help districts support student data privacy:
- User Permissions: Districts can access, correct, or amend their student data and can set, adjust, and revoke user access within their organization as needed. To learn more, see Manage Account Types and User Permissions.
- Data Sharing Processes: Districts share information securely with Ellevation through Box (universal Box link) or Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
