When a standard Ellevation Report or Listing doesn't meet your needs, you can export a custom spreadsheet directly from the Student List. This article walks you through two ways to do that.
💡 Quick Tip
Need a standard Ellevation Report instead? See Learn about Reports. For exports of Testing Accommodations/Designated Supports, Classroom Modifications/Instructional Supports, or multiple years of ELP Test Scores, use the Export Wizard instead.

If you or a colleague has already saved or shared a Student List View with the filters and fields you need, you can load that View and export it directly as a CSV.

- Select Student List.
- Open your saved or shared View.
- Click Views at the top left of the Student List.
- Find the View you would like to open.

- If you created the View, look for it under My Saved Views.
- If the View was shared with you, look for it under Shared With Me.
- Click the View name to open it.
- Click Reports at the top of the Student List.
- Select Export to CSV.
To include only select students rather than everyone on the list, click the checkboxes to the left of the students' names you want to include before following steps 3–4 above.
💡 Quick Tip
All Student List filter and field configurations, except cell highlighting, will be included in your CSV export.
