Manage Your Ellevation Account

Your Account Menu is where you confirm your account details, keep your password current, and sign out securely. Knowing your way around it helps you protect student data and keep your access running smoothly.

To open your Account Menu, click your initials in the top right corner of the screen in Ellevation.

From your Account Menu, you can:

• View your account settings
• Reset your password
• Sign out

To learn about the View As option, see View Ellevation as another Account Type or User.

View Your Account Settings

To view your account settings:

1. Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen in Ellevation.
2. Select Settings.
3. On your Account Information page, you can view information about your Ellevation account, including:
   • Your Account Type
   • Your Schools access
   • Your district email address (used to log in)

Reset Your Password

To reset your Login ID or password:

1. Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen in Ellevation.
2. Select Settings.
3. On your Account Information page, you can reset your password:
   1. Click the blue Change Password link.
   2. Input a new password.
   3. Confirm the new password.
   4. Click the checkmark at the bottom right of the input area to save. A green message will appear at the top of the page to confirm that your changes have been saved.

If you would like to change your name or email address, reach out to your Ellevation Administrator for support.

Sign Out

To sign out:

1. Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen in Ellevation.
2. Select Sign Out.

To meet FERPA regulations and protect student data, Ellevation automatically logs users out after an extended period of inactivity. To access Ellevation after being logged out, refresh the page and log in again.

💡 Quick Tip

You may be automatically logged out if you are idle for 20 minutes or more. To avoid this, actively click anywhere on the page in Ellevation. To make sure your progress is saved, we recommend that you always save changes as you work.
