We've updated our legacy reports and listings to give you a more consistent, secure, and user-friendly experience in Ellevation. You can still view and print the same data using the Student List and other Ellevation features, including Reports and Parent Letters.

The table below pairs each legacy report or listing with its new replacement, or points you to where the data now lives. We encourage you to explore these replacements so you can access your data effectively.

ACCESS for ELLs Score Import Summary	This is not being replaced, but a new workflow will be implemented. More information coming soon.
Course Grades Listing	Student List – can export to CSV, or use to perform batch actions or create dashboard tiles. ELP Score History	Student List: build and save a view, create a Dashboard tile, or export to CSV. Filter and/or field by test type, domain, most recent ELP domain level, and additional demographic information. Example fields include Composite Level, Reading Level, Speaking Level, Writing Level, Listening Level, and the ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 domain levels (Composite, Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening).
ELP Standard Report – EL Plan May be called the EL Student Plan, ELL Student Plan, EB Language Plan, or similar	Use the EL Plan in the Reports and Parent Letter Gallery. 📝 EL Plan report in the Reports and Parent Letter Gallery Learn more here (downloadable, printable 1-pager).

Combine ELP and standardized test data in a single view by adding the relevant test fields.

Student Goals Progress	Not being replaced, and no comparable alternative is available. You can still review student goals in the Goal Bank or on the Goals Management page.

Student Rosters with Recent ELP Scores	A partial alternative is available in the Student List. Add Composite Level and all recent ELP domain scores as fields, then save the view, create a Dashboard tile, or export to CSV. Note: The Student List does not currently support filtering for Pre-K students or custom ELP tests. These capabilities are being evaluated.
Student Schedule Report	No replacement in Ellevation. View on the Schedule tab of the Student Profile, or print from the page, SIS, or school website. Learn more here (downloadable, printable 1-pager).
